Jo Thomson

Jo is a seasoned business professional. He brings extensive Executive level experience gained over nearly 30 years of HR, OD and Business Strategy into his consulting and coaching practice. He gained his work experience in the Heavy Manufacturing; Automotive; Retail (Fashion and FMCG); and Public Health & Pharmaceutical sectors. Working at a strategic level, Jo engages people throughout the organisation and is recognised for his ability to bring structure and direction into complex business strategic programs and projects. His strengths and particular professional interests lie in the areas of:

Mark Orpen-Lyall

Since 2000, Mark has been a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Mark was awarded a Ph.D. for his research focusing on developing individuals resilience capabilities.

Over the last 20 years Mark has worked as an HR/OD practitioner at: Harrods, Allan Gray, Old Mutual and Unilever.

Mark firmly believes in people development and he fulfills this belief by helping enhance the skills of: Masters level organizational psychology thought leaders, through part-time lecturing at Stellenbosch and pro-bono guest lecturing at the Universities of Cape Town and UWC.

His key area of focus is: Consulting via the organizational development lab where he and his team identify factors at an individual, team and organizational level.
